At ASL Law we deal with aspects of Law which are not common in our district and we wanted our website to represent that, we didn’t want a website that looked like a standard solicitors of accountants website (very corporate). Our new website needed to be fresh looking, light and simple to use with easy to navigate; while still being optimised for particular key words. ASL Law are a solicitors firm based in Harrogate, specialising in most aspects of business law, immigration law and property law. We really wanted to concentrate on our online visibility through search engines such as Google for particular keywords as with our old website we couldn’t be found at all. We understood that it would take time to increase our website ranking results however within a few days of our new website launch we could be found on the first page of Google. As a company based in the South East, we had slight reservations about working with a company based in the North, however due to the successful pitch of our site, competitive pricing and complete re-assurance that communication would not be a problem, we opted to work with Welford Media.
Welford Media certainly proved themselves right, we had an initial meeting at our offices in London for the site pitch and the rest is history. We communicated on an 'as and when' basis by email and phone and at no point did we ever experience any lengthy delays in response or struggle to get hold of our account manager on the phone and at no point did we feel as though we were not their number one priority.
The initial design process was a lengthy one due to the 'perfectionist' nature of our Marketing Department, however at no point did Welford Media put a cap on the number of design samples we could have and not only did they produce new and creative ideas but they also integrated this with the requirements that we had for the design scope until we were 100% happy with the design.
As a result, the whole process ran very smoothly, with full and open communication throughout.
