Welford Media are looking for a new programmer to join our team.

Skills
In order to be successful for this role it is essential you have experience with HTML, CSS, PHP and work well within a team. Furthermore, a keen interest in learning new programming techniques and a passion for new web trends is a must.

Although not essential it would be advantageous to have an understanding of

• ZEND or other MVC frameworks
• Subversion
• OOP development experience in PHP 5
• Javascript
• jQuery
• Action Script 2/Action Script 3
• ASP
• .NET
• MSSQL
• Linux servers administration
• Understanding of visual design, usability and standards compliance

Role
Your responsibilities will be varied and will include designing and developing technical solutions for new and existing websites, contributing to the architecture and development of a internal frameworks and applications. Although, initially the role is for a programmer there is a opportunity for the role to grow into an account or project manager, however good written and verbal communication skills would be essential.
