Web Design Process

Free Consultation and Custom Quote

The first step is to examine your overall online business objectives and requirements, and then discuss any bespoke technical features your company may require. Then next step is to focus on the aesthetics of the website and develop a concept, which suits your unique taste and style. Then final step is to develop an online strategy as we believe this is vital to maximize your return on your investment, this can be done through online ad campaigns and search engine optimisation.

A proposal and contract will usually be sent within a few days of the initial meeting, expressing content, style, cost breakdown, asset-requirement, sign-off dates and timescales.

Pre-development Process

After the signing and return of the contract a username and password will be provide to access the Welford Media Client Site so you can check the progress of your web site development.
At this stage you will also be assigned a Project Manager who will liaise with you regularly, keeping you informed and giving you means to respond to our ideas. After receiving all the required information we will begin to design your web project.

Development Process

Following the approval of the design we will begin to construct your project. During the project development you will be required to "sign-off" (through the client site) at phases outlined in the proposal, this is to ensure that you are comfortable with every aspect of the project.
At the end of the project but before the final sign-off Welford Media will put the developed project through a final test. This is to ensure that all aspects of the project meet our stringent standards and meets all requirements set out in the proposal.

Website Launch

After the final sign-off we will be able to launch your site, usually within a couple of days, at which point we also take care of any agreed search engine submission and online advertising.

Post Launch

Following the launch of the site there are checks in place to ensure the solution is meeting your expectations and is delivery the desired results.
